Lol it was funny to hear the Superintendent making excuses that were then exposed by the data.

Tests are biased....is utter and complete BS.

Yea...I really think it is only one.

Now anyone wants to guess how they will "fix" this?

I would not be surprised if in a few months they announce that they are getting rid of the traditional A-F grading and going to use new "equitable" criteria to determine grades. When that happens I wouldn't be surprised if there are no D's and F's unless you happen to be a White Male.

LOL..they only changed one variable....admittance criteria

But of course they would NEVER come out and say that.
yeah, I agree. They will switch to a p/f system and everyone will pass once again.

America is turning into ..."Once upon a time...." We try very hard to fool ourselves. And when PISA scores come out so do all the excuses as to why those other countries scored higher than us. Nope..skill is never mentioned. Always "other" excuses.

Change the makeup of the student ability and it's the teacher's fault.
I betcha you're a Democrat.

If you only change one variable in an equation and get a different answer then it's strictly due to that one variable you changed...NOT something else.
The teachers didn't change.

"teachers fault" is a general excuse made in cases where people are not proponents of personal responsibility.
