Another senseless killing at a school.
Politicians cram the airways with "our prayers go out to the victims and their families".
Some call for taking guns away from those who would never use them to shoot another person, unless threatened.
Some demand enforce the laws already on the books.
This is all stupidity at it's greatest.
I believe it was shortly after the Parkland shooting that I came up with something that would END SCHOOL SHOOTINGS FOREVER.
It would be costly, but anything the governments undertakes is costly.
It boggles my mind that our government and space industry can launch a space probe 40 years ago, and it is 14 billion miles from earth, and still sending signals to earth, but that same government can't find a solution to school mass killings.
Here is my plan....
The federal government, along with tech companies would work together to develop and build a force field around every educational facility in the country.
This invisible force field would be able to detect any weapon carried by anyone, and would prevent that person from entering the school grounds.
Not only that, but it would detect who is carrying the weapon, so that school security, or law enforcement could make an immediate arrest.
The system could detect a weapon within a margin of 200 yards, being carried on person, or a back pack.
It would however be able to detect if a weapon were being transported in a vehicle,, if that vehicle came within 50 yards of the force field.
This force field would immediately stop any entry into educational facilities.
Pioneers like Elon Musk for example could help develop a working system.
Again, this force field would be expensive, but a good use of taxpayer money.

Wow, sounds like a great idea for every inner city in America.

6 Killed, 37 Others Hurt in Weekend Shootings in Chicago
Yesterday there was a tv movie on LMN called "Twisted Little Lies" about a mentality ill, violent student who stopped taking his meds, beat up his sister, sexually harrassed his teacher, and killed people. There was a scene where he was playing a video game but he didn't stop playing until he killed the only man left on the screen. "I had to kill him" he told his sister who was waiting for him to stop playing.
These disturbed kids are excellent shooters thanks to video games and all the target practice they get, but as long as these media companies make loads of money advancing violence, nothing will be done to curb sales of violent video games or show them on tv. Guess who owns LMN? Disney and Hearst Corporation.
Salvador Ramos was apparently transgender. That's... an interesting turn of events. I've seen the photos of him in drag.
Now get the complete 411 on him because I don't think the MSM and political hacks are going to do much beyond focusing on the guns used and parading the victims photos.
Social media is the problem not gun control. Every wacko that does something like this has a social media connection.
Totally, because other countries with social media have lots of mass shootings, right? You sycophants will grasp at any excuse to avoid the obvious: we need more gun control, and we need it 20 years ago.
Because politicians care more about money from lobbyists than dead children.
