I know wonder if there was confusion over which room the injured students were in. We just learned there were at least 2 serious gunshot injuries in the room across the hall from the main event from shots fired outside the building. Did cops think all the injuries were not in the room where the shooter was at? Hindsight they clearly made a horrible mistake, I'd hope there's at a somewhat plausible reason for their mistake.
From all the choices to change this from occurring again the only one that we may have control over is hardening the schools. One entrance and exit. Fire doors open only from the inside, armed guards and the entrance and camera and scouts on the permitter.

It's only dollars and cents.
751 Texas schools have over 1300 students, who have to all enter the building in a relatively short time frame.
Some people are saying it was staged to try even harder to take guns away from people...... Thats what im reading elsewhere I dunno....... They are certainly making it look suspicious!!
Maybe you could go to one of the funerals for the kids and see how real it is.
Ask to tour the school before they clean up the aftermath.
