The people we sold it to over 30 years ago still live there.

I noticed from the sat view that they had cut down all of those trees, and that the roof was covered in solar panels, for the house as well as the pool.

It isn't just how energy is produced.......those trees were beautiful. My friend who lived near my grandparents and I used to climb them when we were kids (going up too high may have been what caused my mother to sometimes scold us to come down )

Well, those trees are no longer consuming C02 and producing 02 but at least they get "free" electricity!

This is the problem with short sighted environmentalism.

We're "transitioning" from cheap abundant energy to rolling blackouts.
But it'll be just great when we all drive electric cars.

Electric vehicles cannot be manufactured, distributed, powered, and maintained without cheap and abundant oil/fossil fuels.

It's two fold-force people into electric which is not practical especially price wise. And force people on the public transportation and back into the cities. A lot of greenies hate the suburbs and driving. They want concentrated population centers thinking they are easier to control and/or manipulate ie vote the same way.

My second sentence was pure sarcasm.
They also cannot be produced without the destructive mining of "rare earth" metals.
(mostly by China)
Nothing "green" about them.

I’m just wonder what mess Biden will cause next.
It’s times like these that I really hate that voters have no way to recall the POTUS.

If you read the treatise / book called the social contract it basically lays out our government entirely except for one important difference - the president was recallable.

I filled up on gas earlier today - $6.49/gal! I was very low, so it kept going....and going....and going. $60, $70, $80, $90. I glanced down at a little sticker on the pump that said there was a $100 limit on credit card sales. That's where it stopped, and was not yet full. $100 doesn't fill up a Hyundai Sonata!

My last fill-up was at the same station on April 25th at a price of $5.89/gal.

There just aren't words for the nightmare this fool and his mob has brought down upon us.
