They should be sent to the military, no choice, as soon as they assault anyone that works for the school.
The military will straighten them out one way or the other.
But military gives them a lot of benefits. They kids should not be rewarded. Military should be treated like a privilege, not a punishment.
We should allow kids to drop out if they dont think school is any use for them. Its boring being trapped in a box like that. It has a lot to do with why they act out.
Send in a fleet of Child services to make sure their parents are you know, doing parenting.
Then Ship the out of control ones out to Military school. They all know who they are.
Let the decent kids unfortunate to be stuck in that school learn in peace and have a glimmer of hope of making something of themselves.

A lot of these violent kids would love to be in the military. They go to Spec Ops. Why reward them? In fact, we should just kick them altogether if they never leave on their own accord. They probably hate being there, and are lashing out.
But maybe this was a special school for kids like this.
