I cant imagine how they will top this last one, but apparently the next one will as I believe they have it for prime time, although new information has caused them to delay it is my understanding.
Not when you make it to the W.H. If you want to be technical about it, 85% of the Presidents could have been indicted of crimes. Bidens, Obama, Bubba, All Bushes, Reagan, All Bushes, JFK, Ike, Truman, Roosevelt, Wilson and the list is long. You want to start a precedent with Trump, go ahead but be careful what you wish for.
I think he's the first one who called for an insurrection against the government and our electoral system though. That would probably top the list, IMO.
That being said, I will be very surprised if he is ever indicted of anything. Maybe for GA election interference, but that's probably it.

Really? you know what you wrote is 100% false. American parties have rebelled against our government since the 13 colonies from wars, law and order and rights.
an act or instance of revolting against civil authority or an established government.
You know damn well this isn't the first one. We look kinda stupid when it's part of our history and We do it to other countries as a matter of policy. As a matter of fact, this government are doing insurrections to many countries in the world with teeth (arms and sanctions) right now.

What is the prior incidence of one of the 2 major political parties violently opposing the peaceful transfer of power by sacking the capitol?
Is not an impartial hearing. It's a heavy political hearing. It's a hearing of people that all voted to impeached Trump over the matter and predetermined the outcome before the hearing started.
First time in history that a congressional hearing that 1 party picks all members to push 1 narrative. To rubber stamp an impeachment narrative already done before.
It's like Republicans after the Clinton impeachment, the majority party (Newt) forms a hearing and picks all members of the committee with people that only voted to impeached Clinton to push the 1 narrative of the impeachment and ignore other narratives.
Once Trump was impeached and acquitted and left office any more criminal investigation should have been done by the DOJ impartially and taken the politics out and out of Congress. Congress shouldn't be criminally investigating private citizens.
If heads don't roll over this, the next one will be bloodier. Its a safe bet that if heads don't roll Trump or one of his politician associates will wind up in the White House and they will just pull this crap again. You think BLM and Antifa infiltrating the mob is a big deal, try Islamic Terrorist infiltrating the Trump mob. It will be good by White House.
