The Left is not scared of anything. it is the GOP that is in the process of eating each other over who is a loyal MAGA and who is not, and nobody, repeat ***NOBODY***, has been willing to come forward and testify on Trump's behalf under oath.
It's a 1 sided kangaroo court. No defense and no cross examination, no balance in a congressional hearing which is unprecedented. Why would anybody go to the hearing uninvited and to only say anything opposite to the committee narrative? It's not a trial, it's a Kangaroo court and only their witnesses are invited and only their narrative is the only one accepted.

Why would anybody come forward without protections and say something the committee doesn't want to come out in public? You are really disingenuous to pretend the committee is impartial and are open to all witnesses and they haven' made up their minds yet. TDS does this to people.

Jesus, how many times do you folks need to be reminded that this is not a court hearing? It's not a prosecution. SMH

In other words, they are afraid to watch. Cannot handle the truth, I suppose.

LMAO!!! More negative hearings on Trump and the money odds for him ges better? BHAAAAAA. Time for plan ZXY and to do the opposite.

Reminds of the Ali and Foreman classic fight, the more and harder Foreman hit Ali, the tired he got and Ali got stronger and won the fight at the end. Thanks for the laugh.

You missed the point.

I could not care less what the odds are for any presidential candidate.

The poster made two erroneous statements about odds.

That's all, folks.

Nobody cares about this BS on TV. Look at this poll, it's pretty spot on with reality. Trump's coming back whether you can deal with it or not.

It's beneath them to even appear there.

It is a criminal investigation disguised as a hearing. For you to keep lying that this just a an oversight hearing says a lot about you.

This is a 1 sided kangaroo court that 1 narrative is being allowed. Imagine if the Kavanaugh confirmation hearing were a 1 sided narrative like this one, you think he would be confirmed. Stop with the b.s.

How can a government branch (who only makes laws) declares criminally guilty a private citizen without a criminal investigation? Congress did a criminal investigation and declared Trump criminally guilty. The only thing they can't do is legally convict Trump or put him in jail but they did the rest. Abuse of power.

So the dog and pony political show is over and after all the promises from Democrats about "we got him now", they end up with nothing.

No charges.

No criminal acts.

No way to stop Trump from running again.

I'm actually somewhat disappointed, because I think Trump running again is a lock for Democrats to win again.

Yep. It's a pity the anti-Trumpers are unaware of "innocent until proven guilty".

It's up to the prosecution to present evidence to prove guilt. So far all we have is opinion and innuendo, and people claiming to know what Trump's motives might have been, and to secretly know Trump's thoughts and intentions. Hearsay is now viewed as fact, in the minds of this kangaroo court circus.
Lots and lots of hearsay.

The way the committee is handling things is going to end up biting them and the DoJ in the nether region.

IF, the DoJ does prosecute, then it will be interesting to watch the cross examinations of those who'd testified to the committee. Those who'd given testimonies may end up being the defense's dream.

I wonder if the first to fall will be Donoghue? He'd testified to the committee this year, pretty much saying that he was very involved, very in Trump's face, often correcting Trump and telling him this, that, and the other was false, etc. But when he'd testified to the Senate Judiciary Committee in 2021, about the same matter, he pretty much said that he was basically little more than a yes-man to whatever Trump was saying.

You tell me what federal crime the evidence presented shows Trump is guilty of. Rioters broke down a glass door in the capitol building, and tussled with a few capitol police officers, took cellphone selfies and went home, by 6:00PM. And Trump's guilty of.... what?
So far, they have no Trump crime, and they know it.

Trump money odds got better after the hearing and everybody else went down especially if you have a "D". That wasn't the plan Democrats. Time to either start leaking everyday or ignore Trump completely for over a year to so if his odds goes down a point or 2. Just saying.......
