2:37 - she got educated about 8USC1325.

think she knows what 8USC1325 is now? I am an IT professional since Windows 3.0 and even I know that section of USC. I am more qualified to be in Congress than her, LOL.

In case you need help looking it up and educating yourself:

Its unfortunate these idiots will continue to get re elected because they perfectly represent their dumb, ignorant base.

Both are the same. All government protests are to stop a government proceeding of a law or action by the government. That's the purpose of protest against the government either for military draft, FBI, police, war on drugs, and the list is long.

Protesting the certification of electoral college is not a crime, if it was most in the Democrat party would be in jail.

It's hard to take you serious when you equate sane with Biden, Pelosi, Waters and AOC. Funny again.

Great ploy to deflect from an uncomfortable conversation, though.

more wishful thinking. I forgot when the trial was held and he was found guilty in a court but he is guilty. Talk about living in a bubble. Reminds of the Mueller days. History always repeats itself.

How is the 5 steps of the committee changing the subject?. It is the subject.

1. Trump attempted a planned insurrection.

2. Okay, loosely planned.

3. Okay, not planned, but he encouraged it.

4. Okay, he didn't encourage it, but he didn't try to stop it.

I understand that. Is there another deposition?

If he wasn't under oath he was legally allowed to say almost anything he wanted to. Under oath is a different and considerably more sober matter, and generally produces the truth.
