Are you a spokesperson for the DOJ?
Have a family member who works for the DOJ?
You know somebody who works for the DOJ?
Herd it from a friend?
They are so full of b.s. When you expose their lies and the abuse of power by the legislative branch they act silly. The legislative branch needs to show the DOJ how to do criminal investigations and their jobs and show them what to look for.

That's like the legislative branch telling the judicial branch how to decide cases and do their own investigations and hearings on judicial cases.

This is an abuse of power by the legislative branch. Not only they are doing a criminal investigation and leaking but they publicly accused a citizen of crimes before any hearing began and without due process and ignoring division of powers.

If the DOJ had as much criminal evidence on Trump as they do on Hunter Biden, Trump would be locked up right now.
Democrats have weaponized our legal system. They are the most clear and present danger to Americans and to our republic.

The study will go wherever it goes. It will possibly expose, or perhaps not, whomever is responsible. It could be anyone or any number of individuals. If criminal evidence is discovered it will most likely be referred to the Department of Justice. If what is learned here results in legislation which further protects our republic it will be a big bonus.

Congress DOES have the right to investigate this. This is a traditional responsibility of the US Congress.

is that what you call it now, "BACKGROUND" Are they reviewing job applications for capitol jobs?

So it's a background but it's a study? LMAO!! They declared Trump criminally guilty before it started. It's more a Kangaroo court. Any hearing that the members already made up their minds is not a congressional hearing. This is unprecedented.

The Legislative Branch doesn't have the right to do criminal investigations or declare citizens guilty by violating due process and division of powers. Try again.

Do you have a link that posts all of the criminal evidence that the DOJ has on Hunter Biden?

Exactly right.

This post is disingenuous.

You know, or you should know, that the story about Pelosi was a deliberate falsehood being circulated.

The claim: Nancy Pelosi was in charge of Capitol Police on Jan. 6 | USA Today Fact Check

Posts falsely cite Pelosi as responsible for security during Capitol insurrection | AP News

We also know that Trump did not call for the National Guard at the critical time, on the contrary he muzzled it days before.

The Pentagon blocked the DC National Guard from receiving riot gear or interacting with protesters without explicit approval from Trump's defense secretary | Business Insider

Fact check: Trump repeats false claim that Pelosi rejected request for National Guard ahead of Jan. 6 | USA Today Fact Check

Jan 6 committee releases testimony proving Trump defense secretary LIED on Fox News

This is the 'Firehose of Falsehood' (actually a propaganda technique perfected in Russia). Lies are repeated deliberately to confuse the public and mislead the base. It is a shame that we see even public figures participate in this game. It shows deliberate malice toward our republic.

More directly to your point, we are discovering just how devious and cunning the attempt to overthrow the election has been. It WAS an insurrection, and this has done great damage to our country.
I viewed your left sided news sources.
Now view my right sources.
Catch 22.

Go to duck go.
Type in “evidence against Hunter Biden.”
Then read.

I think there's been a lot of speculation about the relationship between the Jan 6 Committee and the DOJ, partly because the DOJ has been holding their cards pretty close to their vest. That has recently changed.

Lester Holt interviewed Merrick Garland yesterday and he pretty much laid out their relationship to the Committee and what he thought of them. My takeaways follow.

1) Garland is favorable of the committee because the public needs to know what happened.

2) He was also clear that the DOJ is conducting their own investigation into Jan 6 and that the two investigations are separate.

3) He expects there will be things that the DOJ finds out first, and there will be things that the Committee will find first. Both are fine.

4) If the DOJ discovers any illegal activity by anyone, they will bring them to Justice. And they will do so without fear from anyone or any group.

5) Referrals from the Committee to the DOJ are fine but unnecessary since the DOJ will have everything from both investigations and will be making up their own minds whether to bring charges.

6) They are moving urgently and quickly with a huge number of investigators to bring anyone and everyone to justice that's responsible for interfering with the peaceful transfer of power.

Here's a link to the video. All the points I mentioned above are discussed between timestamps 2:00 - 4:00. That's only 2 minutes, so there's really no excuse not to watch it.

Lester Holt interviewed Merrick Garland yesterday and he pretty much laid out their relationship to the Committee and what he thought of them. My takeaways follow...(Merrick Garland is a Democrat FIRST. Party over Country and justice.)

1) Garland is favorable of the committee because the public needs to know what happened...(Public is that dumb? They need a hearing to know what happened. And a one sided hearing at that. It was broadcasted that day.)

2) He was also clear that the DOJ is conducting their own investigation into Jan 6 and that the two investigations are separate... (One investigation is good. Two is confusing to the public, especially a one-way hearing.)

3) He expects there will be things that the DOJ finds out first, and there will be things that the Committee will find first. Both are fine. (A one sided hearing is fine?)

4) If the DOJ discovers any illegal activity by anyone, they will bring them to Justice. And they will do so without fear from anyone or any group. (Including Hunter Biden?)

5) Referrals from the Committee to the DOJ are fine but unnecessary since the DOJ will have everything from both investigations and will be making up their own minds whether to bring charges.(So why a one-way hearing?)

6) They are moving urgently and quickly with a huge number of investigators to bring anyone and everyone to justice that's responsible for interfering with the peaceful transfer of power... (Of course. Elections are coming up fast, with things not going so well for the Democrat party, and the Americans are suffering, because.)
