Regarding text messages sent on January 5-6:

Secret Service phones were wiped
Homeland Security phones were wiped
Pentagon phones were wiped

Any guess as to what the hell is going on here?

And Trumpworld breaks out their flak jackets. We don't know who Jones exchanged texts and emails with, but the ones who did sure do, and they know all the subjects that were discussed. the Committee and DOJ getting the phone is the lid on the pressure cooker.

Some of those may already be talking to the DOJ to cut a plea deal with testimony in exchange for leniency. The really good deals go fast. First in line might get full immunity from prosecution for what they know. Second, and maybe third, will do a little time but might still be able to spend a few years at the beach when they get out. Defense attorneys know that.

For some, what is on Jones' phone equates to a life sentence on conviction, depending on who it is.

The new flavor of the week since Bannon and so many others didn’t get him…and funny how RS is calling it an insurrection and saying because Trump had a role in the riot. I expect more Dem disappointment.

Pat C has now been subpoenaed by DoJ
Cant refuse since spoke to 1/6 and I bet the DoJ can get more out of him about “executive privilege”
They can even get a “master” in to review what is really privileged and what is conspiracy and or personal like happened when Cohen was charged…
That Federal crime by the way is still out there waiting to be hung around Trump’s neck…
Don’t think it has expired

The DOJ is suing Peter Navarro to gain access to a private account he used to communicate with the Trump White House. (Didn't conservatives freak out when Hillary did that?)

Important to remember here: Peter Navarro asked for immunity when the DOJ first requested access back in June.

Why would Navarro ask for immunity before the feds see his private messages to the white house? Not rhetorical, genuinely asking.

Navarro admitted on MSNBC host about how he was involved in planning the false electors’ diversion
He might have multiple degrees but he is rock solid stupid and vain as all get out…

Since you're saying it's the same thing, then:

Did he have classified material in the emails?
Had he told his aides how to strip the classifications, so that the material could be emailed to him?
Did he lie about having that classified material?
Did he have the emails on his private server?
Was his server unprotected, so that anyone could, and maybe did, hack it?
Despite being subpoenaed, did he refuse to turn things over?
Did he ask for time so that he could delete things?
Was he given about a year to delete those things?
Was everything "wiped with a cloth" or smashed with hammers?

We're told that it's okay when those things happen. Now you're saying it's not okay?

For TWO years— like finding the Ring that rules them all—so much info will take down lot of evil people

And the lovely irony is that Jones’s attorney sent it by mistake (oh don’t you love those subconscious impulses) to the Sandy Hook parents’ attorney and THEN didn’t declare it off limits as protected info

Jones really should claim his attorneys are incompetent….but even that won’t save this treasure trove from being revealed…

I am sure Liz Cheney is dying to do a word search in that data dump…
Jan 6 will have all kinds of inside info on people like Stone’s activities
