That theory would apply to nearly everyone.

Great for them. Some of the predominately black neighborhoods in Chicago are some of the most violent, most crime ridden places in the nation. Good to see people, particularly black people, escaping that kind of disaster and move to somewhere better, safer and with better opportunities. I would think everyone would congratulate them on stepping up in the world.

That is certainly the case for Boston, New York, and the Bay Area.

I congratulate Black people for moving where they see fit. I have a problem with individual here turning this into a partisan rant.

Everyone else is either 60+ years in the congratulation or sheer ignorance of their fellow black american economic mobility.

Here's hoping they are waking up to what Democrats are really about and how those interests do not benefit them at all.

One thing I think about daily is this. If you’re a Black middle class person, you're basically invisible to many people. There are more of us Black middle class persons than many people realize (or think about). I've always said that the Black middle class is the most ignored portion of the Black population.

Actually, I think the only thing you care about is having Republicans in office. Notice I never said Democrats were the best thing for Black people. I'm saying this is not about the well-being of Black people at all.
