In a nutshell, the French court agreed with the physicians who testified and the insurance company that the COVID vaccine was an experimental treatment which the victim was not required to take. Therefore, his death which the physicians for both the family and the insurance company testified to as being caused by the COVID vaccine, was under French law a suicide.

Unbelievable. So I have to wonder, can the family sue based on the father being used in a drug "trial" without being told he was in one? Based on the judge rulings that the public or in this case the father knew there were side affects.
Quote:
The family sued the insurance company, but lost. The judge ruled that the side effects of the experimental vaccine were made public and the deceased could not claim to be unaware of them when he voluntarily took the vaccine. The court also stressed that in France there is no law that forced him to be vaccinated.
As you quoted:

The insurance company noted that suicide, like death from an experimental drug, is not an insured event.
It was a public knowledge that the vaccine was experimental. Maybe he took one from the first batches that were still not approved by a health agency. Anyway, he knew what he was taking.
We don't know those details, but it seems that the insurance is right. I am sure it was deeply investigated and discussed by the court and his lawyers.
We don't know the timing of his insurance either. Maybe he insured his life right before taking the vaccine, which would be pretty clear about his intend.
Although he must have known that death from an experimental drug was not an insured event.
I guess he took his chance.
There is another thread on this. Story came from a Russian language news source about some guy in France. Looks like the story is spreading
There is no other link to this story, no names and no other facts. The website has no header and no credits and possibly not credible.
This news is not published by anyone's else.
Sounds suspicious...

...it may very well be, but it also may be a good idea to take some time and peruse the 'small print' in you life insurance policy...it may forbid one from participating in 'experimental drug trials'...

Yet it was pushed, and pushed, and pushed here in the US during that same period.
Since it was the same before and after sounds like it was good cause, then and now, to not receive it by this logic.
