Statistically it's true. No need to sugarcoat it. Does that mean black homicide rates can't be lowered? No, if there was a cultural shift from the urban gangster attitude in music and aesthetics along with a positive father figure in their lives then that would go a long way towards bringing the numbers down.

Previous CDC finding are that Black homicides are the highest by far for minority groups.
Gun violence in America is a minority community problem. That doesn't mean we don't have to deal with it.
Drug restrictions have failed in America, too. There are few guns made in Chicago just like there are almost no opium poppies grown in the US. When do we start blaming the producers?
What a freaking cop-out. I always love this argument, like NWA saying there are no gun makers in Compton or people complaining about liquor stores in the hood. Sorry, no one is forcing people to do this stuff.
Black on black crime in the inner cities and poor places all across the world is a problem. For black people. It's a separate issue from some nutcase commiting a mass shooting of innocent kids or people shopping or watching a movie. We can walk and chew gum at the same time folks.
But in terms of statistics, black-on-black crime is a lopsidedly very large percentage of crime in the U.S. And the media and the Democrats ignore it because they can't exploit black-on-black crime for political gain.
Remember that when those people in the Democratic Party and on the media tell you black lives matter. Of course black lives matter - but not to these people who use blacks as tools and as a means to an end.

Show me proof it is not true. The left has embraced deconstructionism. Many on the left have been quoted as attacking the traditional family. It started decades ago. Remember how the left went after Dan Quayle for his comment about single mothers? Turns out he was right.
Who said anything is perfect? That was a Hollywood description. Fake. But, that does not diminish the importance of strong family structures, as flawed as they can be sometimes. The left just likes to bring up “this is not leave it to beaver”. Who said it was? That’s just deflection from the topic. It’s all the left has.

Perception... that's it.
Doesn't matter the Democrats reside over numerous black communities where we die by our own bullets if that perception is not realized. Or it doesn't matter that Democrats do nothing about rat infested neighborhoods if it is not perceived.
Mean tweets or statements that are misinterpreted are perceived to be more of a threat than reality.
