I think it is pertinent to note that the George Floyd situation started with the cold-blooded murder of a Black man by a public servant acting in his official capacity, and the January 6th situation began with the irrational rejection of the will of the voters by a petulant loser, in the most charitable interpretation. Two different things.
Oh really? Ok then. But who was cold bloodedly murdered and by whom and why should that have any bearing on the Floyd case? And why are you capitalizing black man?

A career criminal with lethal amounts of drugs in his system died.
They're the stars, and stars have always been indulged and babied.
On the other hand, it doesn't matter how much athletic talent you have out there on the field, if they are divided, and don't like and trust their coach, they're not going to be a winning team.
You could replace the entire NFL with college players and it would be more fun to watch.
The NFL is a business. The “stars” are employees and are expendable.
What we are witnessing is the unfortunate mingling of business and politics.
And “trust” in a Coach should mean that the players trust the Coach to advise them on how best to play, not that they all share the same political ideology.
You would expect this propaganda to occur outside of the country. He was forced to take back his comments and say George Floyd riots were peaceful, apologizing to the rioters/looters and state there was no comparsion to Jan. 6th, and fined $100k.
Good. He represents the organization and the players. He can believe whatever he wants, but what he says in public when representing the team is absolutely the business of the organization.
Since he's being paid 3.5 million a year, I guess if he doesn't want to live by his bosses rules he can work somewhere else? And coach entertainers there?
This is your response to someone being forced to 'untell the truth?' Why are these type of things ok with you?
As others in this thread have stated. There is precedent for this throughout history. People named Hitler, Stalin and Mao to name a few were all about only allowing their 'truth' to be spoken.
Absurd. He was fined by his team, not the government. I thought you MAGA zealots were infuriated that we rational people didn’t understand that NFL owners had every right to fire Colin Kapernick for taking a knee. After all, it was an employer setting the terms of employment. I love how you immediately defend free speech when the speech suits your beliefs.
Kraphead was never fired unless you postulate that he fired himself. He turned down an offer to work thinking others would be beating down his door for his debatable 'services.' He found out otherwise.

A boss or business cannot censor him when it has nothing to do with his job. This is the problem, the unwillingness to have a discussion.
Was he fined by the government or a private/corporate entity?
Deflection. Why should that matter? Why in these 'days of enlightenment' is a Government, a Corporation or a football team demanding people lie? Lie or shut up. Do you think this follows the tenets the formerly great United States was based upon? I will ask you what I asked Clara. Why are you ok with this?
