Nothing like endangering your newborn for the sake of social media. But, nothing unusual these days in our narcissistic society eager for viral likes, subs, and fame.
This proud new mom is making a splash online — and in the water — after filming herself delivering her baby in the waves of the Pacific Ocean.
Josy Peukert posted her original Instagram video back in February, but it’s just now blowing up to the tune of 200,000-plus viral views thanks to social media word of mouth spreading.
Human beings are going to do novel things to get attention and "be unique and individual" ... more of the same here. Why?
Because to this poster everything is about politics. Even international births in the ocean.
Anyone who supports late term abortion would be a hypocrite to oppose this, even if there were heavy water currents. Technically, at the time the decision was made, the baby was not yet born.
There's some evidence that water births are considered a fairly healthy way to do it. I'm not sure I'd want it to happen in cold ocean water though; maybe in the Caribbean? During the medieval era they used birthing stools, and that's also starting to make a comeback.
