Different country, different era, it’s not as connected as current times are to slavery when you take Jim Crow and the war on drugs into account.

Just maybe self-sabotaging behavior led to susceptibility to being enslaved and, since liberation to poverty and lack of education. The example I gave, the Hebrew slaves, did not continue self-sabotaging behavior on liberation. In fact, quite the contrary. They adopted the Ten Commandments, 613 rules of conduct and thus the rule of law. While I am not certain on the amount of Jewish illiteracy (I did call you out on it) the Jews are not widely demanding "reparations." I am stating the demand, though, to make a point; if all oppressors paid reparations, we'd have a constant stream of money going every which way, which would cancel out. We'd spend more transferring wealth than producing it.
