I guess if they put pipe bombs while streaming live on Parler, or posted pictures bragging about what they did. I remember watching this kid from NJ give an interview right on capitol grounds and talking about how he was going, gave his name the town where he was from, he was wearing a Giants shirt thats why I remember, I was just thinking what a dummy, you are going to get bagged.
Why would the mainstream news report on this? It goes against the narrative. The black and white, referenced videos and photo's are right on the article, its from court cases.
So you are saying all the videos of people breaking windows and climbing through them, they were all deep fakes. When a defense lawyer makes a claim even if its on the courts record its not factual, he is positing something it has no legal weight.
