I don’t like Joe Biden but I will not make fun of him for this. Accidents happen regardless of age and physical condition when riding a bicycle.
This. Most people ripping this have never riden a bike with toe clips, which are a notorious pain. Even with the clip less (snap in to the bottom of the shoe) have taken out numerous experienced cyclists.
I can think of only 3 reasons why a 79yo would be on a bike.
1. He's an avid rider for exercise and recreation
2. He has somewhere to go nearby and his car is broken down
3. He is playing with his grandkids and they want to ride

Why was he on his bike?
Are we supposed to pick one? I guess #1? Exercise and recreation?
There’s plenty from team USA calling Sleepy Joe a failure, and his approval ratings show that, not to mention the 83% that aren’t happy with his Bidenomics…and team USA will show their displeasure at midterms and beyond.
I guess you somehow believe that the will of the people will be done in November and that this gov’t at this time will actually execute a fair and honest election?

Toe clips are for sprinters, not leisurely biking. There was no reason to have them on the bike of a 79year old man peddling slowly through a park with lots of traffic. I want to see the video of Joe actually mounting the bike and taking off at the beginning of the ride. I bet it took 3 Secret Service people to accomplish that photo-op.
SS Agent #1 - hold the bike for Joe
SS Agent #2 - assist Joe to mount the bike and insert his feet into the clips
SS Agent #3 - push the bike from behind to get Joe rolling
THAT is why he fell over once the bike stopped. He has no ability to operate a bike on his own.
The entire episode is "Weekend at Bernie's".
