Here's a personal example for you. When we moved to California, we had the inside of our house painted. It cost $5,000 for a 3/2 1700 sq ft. When we cam back to Houston, we had our house painted by legal immigrants(they all had green cards). It was a 2,000 sq ft house, and cost $1,700, which is a far more reasonable price, and they were done far more quickly.
Which has nothing to do about anything except everything in CA is more expensive. Everything. That's why the same house in Houston goes for 300 grand and a million here. We also have 7 dollar a gallon gas while Houston is what, 4.50?

Biden had exactly 1 month of ~100K, and has been over 150K every single month since. 5 of them over 200K.
There were 144,116 encounters in May 2019 without CDC Title 42

There were 239,416 encounters in May 2022 with Title 42 still in placed. Biden Administration tried to end Title 42 last month but he got shut down by a federal judge in Louisiana.
