Was noted there's a black market in labor for grow operations for pot sold in LEGAL dispenseries with Chinese nationals being among them. This was a 10 acre property. Authorities in Oklahoma are trying to determine if the property owner has a valid pot license.
The farm was sold twice since 2018, first to an investment company then to someone else.
Who ever has the pot grow license should have it revoked if it's vaild. Apparently using slave labor to pot grow operations isn't just isolated to this farm.
I always heard the old Soviet Union had a huge drinking problem that was tolerated to help keep the population sedated. More time stoned the less time dealing with real issues and information.

There are lots of Chinese slave laborers in Oklahoma. It’s been going on for a few years.

Happening all over including California where a sheriff estimates that 70%-80% of pot in legal dispensaries is illegally cultivated at times with slave labor.
The big question in Oklahoma does the property owner have a valid pot grow license. It simply could be a drug dealers operation. But how do these state licensing boards approve pot for sale? Shouldn't there be mandatory tests so consumers know what they are getting. Along with a list of suppliers/details ie content, there license etc.

I was initially skeptical about your comment but there appears to be numerous articles that support it. This is disgraceful.

While connections between illegal grows and Mexican drug cartels have been uncovered, authorities say many of the busts are tied to criminal syndicates in Asia that are operating on a worldwide scale.
“There are often ties back to Mandarin-speaking both workers and also, what we would call lieutenants, within some of these organizations that are actually calling the shots,” Woodward said. “They’re moving the workers, they’re moving the product and they’re moving the money. And most of those are outside the state of Oklahoma … operating and coordinating and orchestrating the deliveries and the shipments for these organizations.”
A foreign property owner should not be able to get a license to grow what is still illegal in many states and/or is a dangerous substance. It's not a like a pharmacy producing aspirin or distillery whiskey. If they are illegal growing operations they need to be treated as the criminals they are.
Well, the democrats were the party of slavery before. It took a republican president and a whole lot of brave republican led soldiers to kick their butts and make them quit that awful practice. But it seems they have forgotten that painful lesson... With their latest efforts to turn the USA into a giant pot farm, they've managed to become the party of slavery once more...
Some things will never change in this world. In fact, the more they try to convince you it's changing, the more it will stay the same.
