So if you have a problem outside of your house are you going to call the DOJ or local police? Was there violence? Is it illegal? It depends on what you read. Had the justices called the local police, then the protestors could be asked to leave. Anybody crying about protestors outside of Schumer's house? Collin's house?

Public sidewalks represent public forums.

Here's an interesting thought. Had Garland's seat on the SCOTUS not been stolen from Obama, and had Ginsberg's seat not been stolen, there may not have been any protests. Ya Think?

(Tid bit: Garland worked as a federal prosecutor in the Dept. Of Justice. He was one of the prosecutors in the Oklahoma city bomber's case. I doubt he's given much thought to non violent protests vs the criminal cases he has on his plate with Trump thinking he's entitled to jeopardize our national security by keeping top secret material in a kind of secure place.) Lock him up!

That is up to the DA's in Virginia and Washington, DC, evidently they didn't want to take action. It's also a crime to protest in front of the supreme court according to that same law.

Blame McConnell and Grassley for politicizing the courts.

18 US Code § 1507 - Picketing or Parading

"Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both."

What happened outside the SCOTUS Justices' homes was 100% illegal. All participants in the demonstrations against SCOTUS should have been fined and sentenced to a year in prison.

Barr and Sessions didn't charge Hunter either, it's up to the DA in Delaware.

He provided guidelines to the school districts for prosecution of parents that were threatening school board members and teachers.

Too much hyperbole, the FBI followed the process in both cases and had a warrant approved by a judge.

Nope. Lying on the 4473, which Hunter Biden did, is a federal felony. Fine up to $250,000 and/or 10 years in prison. The statute of limitations is up in 2023 on Hunter Biden's crime so there's still time for Garland to prosecute.
