This is what I know about Wisconsin. Wisconsin's Black population has some of the worst stats for quality of life.
Wisconsin's Black population......
1) Ranks in the top 10 for Black homicide rates.
2) Rank near the top 5 in Black incarceration rates.
3) One of the most segregated Black populations in America. Blacks are 6.3% of Wisconsin's population (half of what the national average is). 60-65% of the Black population is concentrated in 1(ONE) city, Milwaukee (itself 37% Black).
4) One of the highest Black unemployment rates in America.
5) Is going through a Black Brain Drain. Basically, some of its most talented and educated are leaving Wisconsin.
Why do I bring this up? I bring this up because look at WHO in the Black population is committing these attacks. It's not middle class Black people. It's not educated Black people. It's not blue collar Black people working regular day jobs. It's underclass, hood rat types. It's the guys who.........
1) Have spent a bunch of time in and out of prison.
2) Got involved with gangs very young.
3) Come from broken homes.
4) Often live in the inner city ghettos.
5) Frequently unemployed or unemployable.
I'm not shocked that this happened in Wisconsin. These Black on Asian attackers are committed by the underclass portion of the Black population. Wisconsin's Black population has a higher than average percentage of its population in the underclass. This happened in Madison, WI. Second largest city in Wisconsin, after Milwaukee. Madison is touted for having a good quality of life, and being a place people want to move to. Everyone seems to be in step, except African-Americans. In Madison, African-Americans are barely 7% of the population and about 90% of the murder victims and perpetrators.
Wisconsin in general doesn't seem to be attracting the best among America's Black population. Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, Maryland, Tennessee, Virginia, and Florida are attracting that talented, middle class/upper middle class element of the Black population. Wisconsin has been getting more of the underclass over the last 40 years, mostly from the ghettos of other Midwestern cities. The question is this. WHY? Why is Wisconsin steadily losing some of its Black middle class/educated class while retaining an underclass?
As a side note, I've met Black people who have moved from Milwaukee to the Atlanta area. Most of them don't have much nice to say about Milwaukee.
