The fed doesn't regulate it now. These are PERSONAL rights held by Americans that he wants states to be able to regulate. He wants to take rights away from you and me. Just like they did with Abortion.

if the condom fails or sex was unprotected there is OTC Plan B, the morning after pill to prevent conception. If you wait a little too long for that then there is medical (chemical) abortion. Highly unlikely that any of these will be outlawed. Then having availed oneself of none of these things there's the surgical option. Fifteen weeks is a long time to consider alternatives and if necessary travel to another state where surgical abortion is available. I don't buy the argument that this sort of thing sneaks up on someone and suddenly they're out of options.
You might want to tell Oklahoma that. All of that is not OK in OK. No Plan B. No medical abortion. No surgical. No 15 week. No 6 week. Nothing

Today, the USSC upheld the Constitution at last, stripping away from the Fed govt a power the Fed had illegally usurped from the states, to make decisions about abortion. And the USSC returned that power to the States, as the 10th amendment has always required.
In one stroke, the USSC reduced the size of the Fed govt (a little), and returned the decisions closer to the people, giving them more power and freedom to influence their own State government rather than having a false mandate imposed on them by an appointed court concerned only with legislating its own political aims from the bench as "law".
People like you continue to try to justify killing unborn children because of stuff like this. Why? Should babies be killed in the mothers womb because some women will be affected more because they were poor and chose to get pregnant because of not doing what normal people do and NOT get pregnant with correct methods of birth control?

Like I stated republicans in these states have no plan to help unwanted pregnancies from poor women with Foster Care or any other services. Middle class women will live life as usual, poor women will be deeply affected.

Covid policies implemented by liberals as well as liberals turning a blind eye to the BLM riots and rising crime have also armed the right and many independents like myself with a passion to vote out any and all Democrats.
