Just to add they should revisit Griswold, Lawrence and Obergefell decisions. They were based in the same faulty preface that they were rights enshrine in the constitution when in fact they are not called out anywhere nor are they implied.
This has taught everyone that progressives want to rewrite the laws according to their beliefs and conservatives want to hold the country to the constitution as written.
Me? Libertarian.. live and let live
If you want libertarian Live and Let Live, then states should not be able to restrict abortion either, and especially if it is not mentioned in their state's constitution. Let's keep it consistent.

And the 1st of the state laws banning all abortions is no in effect, no vote from citizens, no discussion from citizens just a law approved by a bunch of Right Wing Conservatives.
SCOTUS Clarence Thomas went on record today and said the court should look at overturning other cases that grant individuals privacy.
- Contraception
- Same-sex unions
He didn't limit the scope (i.e. "just teens"). He specifically mentioned wide-sweeping cases that were previously decided by SCOTUS in the past.
Perhaps not overturn other cases, but when challenged at the level of Roe in Dobbs, the underlying rationale that there was no 'right' to begin with should be considered, as it was in Dobbs. And then let the states have it.

State can pass laws and the Feds are going to butt out like it should have been since 1973. You liberals should be consistent in all laws.

Libertarianism is all about freedom. Why shouldn’t states have the freedom to restrict abortion? The definition of freedom necessarily includes the freedom to take away someone else’s freedom.

Isn't that how Roe was shoved down the people and all 50 states and territories by a bunch of activist judges? Why it was ok for you for 49 years and when the other side does it on a state level you cry foul?

All states vary in their abortion laws and have for decades. They didn’t make them up today.
Birth control may also be outlawed. It's on their agenda.
Umm.... No.
They are talking about tax-payer funding of birth control. They are talking about extorting taxes from the public to pay for birth control. Birth control of all kind will always be available to people who want to pay for it out of pocket, or who can get someone else to volunteer to foot the bill.
The point is to get back to where people have to pay to play, have to take responsibility for their own purchases.
They are talking about ending FREE NO COST birth control, not outlawing its availability.
