For the foreseeable future, “Supreme Court Rules 6-3 in Favor of Barbarism” will be the headline. Oh well, civilization was nice while it lasted.

Why not bring back slavery? The 13th amendment wasn’t in the original constitution. The Founding Fathers never would have put the 13th in there, so it should be repealed. Let’s take originalism to it’s logical conclusion.

You can still legally kill your children. What are you worried about? Spending a little cash?

As I said earlier, the Leftist maxim of "If you can't reply or discuss honestly, lie and exaggerate instead" is getting a major workout today.

Thanks for providing another example.

Bingo…such the case when folks don’t get their way. Wonder when the protests start…probably want to try to find a safe space in NY these days.

Have you read the 13th? Slavery is still technically legal if used as a form of punishment.

Ever seen the jails? Full of black people. And for what? Drug crimes. Who is the biggest supporter of facilitating drugs? Democrats and their open borders etc.

Even more reason to get rid of the 13th amendment. It’s not in the original constitution anyway. In fact, the original constitution had a fugitive slave clause. Clearly, the Founding Fathers intended slavery to be legal. Why should we go against the Founding Fathers?

Where I live every law abiding citizen has this right.
Why wouldn’t a person want the right to protect themselves?
I think it increases safety.
Do you really think bad guys care about being legal?
I think they might think twice on harming innocent venerable people.

Sometimes help is minutes away when seconds matter.

Bullets don’t discriminate. It won’t be just liberal heads exploding.
