Biden doubled down years later in 1982 when he voted to approve a constitutional amendment that would have allowed abortion to become a state issue instead of a federal one.

Then-Senator Biden “was the only Democrat singled out by the New York Times at the time as supporting the amendment that the National Abortion Rights Action League called “the most devastating attack yet on abortion rights,'” the New York Post reported.
It seems the President is just another politician, who sticks his finger in the air to see which way the wind is blowing...

Just saw a clip, I think from 2006, where he was all against abortion for the common reasons. I suppose he's seen the light over the past 16 years.

I'm pretty sure it's not him who's sticking his finger in the air to check the wind - he's just following the orders of the woke crowd.

And Kamala - her speech was pretty much a copy of Gretta - "How dare you??" No cackling that I heard though, but it was a brief video.

No, he's not a moderate. He's wishy washy and will go whereever the money is the strongest. He's been in office for over 45 years and hasn't done a damn thing to make life better for the American people.

The problem is that Biden is not calling the shots. He's simply a puppet with someone else pulling his strings. So it doesn't really matter what Biden thinks of a topic because he is being told what to think and how to act... and he's having considerable trouble doing even that.

I think it is perfectly proper to point out all the inconsistencies in his positions now compared to what he used to say when he was capable of thinking for himself. He's the President now and if he won't take responsibility for what he says and does, then he should vacate the office.

I truly do not believe that the President believes half of what he says (or remembers it! ) When he is not struggling through reading a teleprompter, I am sure his aides give him specific talking points to rattle off to throw bones at the Progressive base of the Democratic Party.
