Bureaucratic bans yippy. Would kind of be nice to live in a democracy and have elected legislators who have debates then vote for or against banning stuff.

What ever, now sales of real Tabaco go up.

Doesn't this mean people will just use other vape products?

Vape product banned over safety concerns -- but not cigarettes. Makes all kinds of sense.

Someone didn't like the competition, and used the gubmint to shut it down.

Isn't America great?

Nothing the Biden administration does makes any sense, which is why the country is in the toilet.

Didn't the Biden administration go after menthol cigarettes the first year he was in there??? He claimed they were being pushed on and harming minority communities primarily. I think it was also the FDA that originally said they were looking into what to do about vape products since they felt the candy flavors were being used to target children.

the vape industry is slowly be called out for their copy cat marketing ploy.
Bare in mind that the Tobacco industry was a POWERFUL market back in the 60's and 70's.
They were chastised and legal rulings were brought forth requiring them to put warnings and cease ads on tv.
That was how the Govt can and should monitor products that are long term more harm then good to the well being of society. Further ordinances were enacted to Ban in public spaces.

If you are of the mindset that Govt needs to stay out of all product monitoring for the well being of its working class or even persons health in general, then feel free to be exposed to lead products and all the other chemicals that have been deemed deadly or Health hazards.
Either the door is left open to investigate and determine caustic products or we just put blinders on and say ----hey folks will die anyways...let them be!

That's correct. JUUL already discontinued the flavored vapes that the younger crowd liked and changed their marketing strategy. Somebody at the FDA must really have it out for them when JUUL is the only company (that I know of) that the FDA went after.

To me this is just more of the Democratic Nazi Party's over-reach for more control over people's lives.

Wonder what Herr Biden & his gestapo will ban next?
