I do think we should secure the border, but if we have jobs that Americans will not do, and these people are willing to do them, we should absolutely put them to work.
But under no circumstances should they ever get any benefit for free.
Exploit them until they stop coming across. Work their asses off until they say “No mas” and go home.
That’s the real American dream, right there! Working your butt off, making a decent wage, while making the 1% richer.
Again, anyone who wants that, they should come. But we all know that’s not why they are coming. They want free DNC stuff.
Just what jobs won't Americans do for a fair wage? In case you don't know it is unlawful for illegal aliens to work in our country. However, many of them do by committing felony ID and/or tax evasion. Yes,many of them are also coming here for taxpayer handouts. WTH is wrong with our government?
Just let them out because there was no place to hold them? How is that different from what Biden is doing sending them off to goodness knows where?
Where was the National Guard? If illegals were wandering around, surely some could have been apprehended for trespassing.
They might have just been waiting for an Abbott bus.

Jobs Americans won't do for a fair wage? Pick tomatoes. When Alabama was cracking down on immigrants, tomato farmers hired Americans. They could make $20+ per hour if they picked enough tomatoes. Over 90% of the Americans quit after a day or two, saying the work was too hard. The next year, the farmers switched to crops that could be picked mechanically, so there were no jobs.
I mentioned in another post about a contractor I talked to who couldn't hire Americans to do construction for $60 per hour, including benefits. They either didn't do the work correctly, or quit, because
it's hot", "it's too hard", or they got drunk the night before and were too hung over to work. The contractor was desperate for workers, which is why he was offering that much.
The list goes on. Employers will find a way to get workers, legal or not.
