That abortion kills a developing baby is a fact, not an opinion. Why do you support making convenience killing legal?

So you have no examples of LAWS that designate abortion as murder. Ok. You could have just said that.

"Responsibility lies with state" means that American women do not have a Constitutional right to make their own medical decisions.

This is not hard to understand.

Nor is it hard to understand that Republicans would like this decided on at the state level where it is easier to influence such matters.

Will states also get to decide if women have the right to vote?

It depends. In a number of states, if I take an action that causes the death of the unborn child, I can be charged with murder. And I think current Texas law allows a doctor who performs an abortion to be charged.

Gosnell was convicted of murder.

Abortion kills regardless of when it's performed. It's intellectually dishonest to sometimes classify it as murder but other times not.

No. The 19th Amendment does that. If you want women to have the right to be able to kill developing babies, get a Constitutional Amendment ratified.

Those fetal homicide laws all exclude abortion.

I don't know about the new Texas abortion law.
