The SCOTUS did not outlaw abortion. All the SCOTUS did was push the responsibility for abortion laws back to the individual states instead of being federally mandated. If you're not happy with the abortion laws in your state then that's where your focus should be.
"Responsibility lies with state" means that American women do not have a Constitutional right to make their own medical decisions.
This is not hard to understand.
Nor is it hard to understand that Republicans would like this decided on at the state level where it is easier to influence such matters.
So you have no examples of LAWS that designate abortion as murder. Ok. You could have just said that.
It depends. In a number of states, if I take an action that causes the death of the unborn child, I can be charged with murder. And I think current Texas law allows a doctor who performs an abortion to be charged.

Those fetal homicide laws all exclude abortion.
I don't know about the new Texas abortion law.
