This is exactly the principle behind marijuana being legal in some states but not others.
They come from other countries and believe all the powers and decisions comes from 1 branch of government usually a dictator, PM or Presidente. The 10th amendment is very sacred. It tells what the federal government can do and are not allow to do.
Supreme Court got it right today and it made a stance that the 10th amendment is the law of the law and judges can't make laws from the bench. 49 years too late but it was finally fixed.

In Kentucky they let the rapist have parental rights and will give him visitation and even custody.

Why do you come to a forum to get offended and act like a child? People have different views in a forum. Who is stopping you to end your pregnancies on demand? I really doubt you live in a red state and could care less about the 10th amendment. So what's the drama?
My rapist got custody in Kentucky. Definitely true. My rapist is the one who should be aborted, not an innocent child.
