A mother and father are responsible for caring for their children when they’re young.

Nothing has changed.

What are the chances that Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, ... are going to step up and care for all these children?

Those with friends, money, connections, will be able to get to a safe, medical abortion.

What about the more vulnerable citizens?
So let's step up and deal with the demands. I refuse to accept that abortions on demand is the answer to your post.

You are poor: let's end your life
You are ugly and fat: let's end your life
You will have obstacles in life: let's end your life
Let's read people's future and end the lives of the ones they might have issues.

Isn't that Eugenics?

Isn't that euthanasia?
Eugenics; breed out/ eliminate the undesirables. They are very close to saying it out loud

Exactly! if they both fail than the family, neighbors and society takes over. I don't get their abortion excuse.

Is this your argument for ending a life?

Access to birth control and abortion allows all ethnic / racial groups to improve quality at a small dip in quantity. More than anything it is a matter of class and values rather than group. Vast majority of people getting abortions are either low IQ or have other anti social traits. Adoption doesn't solve problem as kids with dumb / crazy parents are genetically disposed to not adopt the lifestyle of their middle class adoptive parents.

The most vulnerable are those that aren't even considered legal humans, but can feel pain, have brain waves, and recognize voices.

The answer is not to kill these humans, but to increase the social safety net.

Thats a lot of typing to say you think eugenics is the way forward. You're almost there though
