A word to the leftist who is now lighting his/her/its torch: this move turns the legality of abortions over to your state. It doesn't tell you that you can't kill your kid. That will be left up to your state. So think about that before you go postal and kill your neighbor or burn your Walmart to the ground.
This is one area where I disagree with the decision since it takes away our liberty to choose. This shouldn't be a government issue to decide what to do with an individual's life decision. It should be individual choice as long as the financial responsibility is taken by the individual.
