Also, since the TFR is at such a low rate there are fewer abortions being preformed, as well. Any questions?

That is federal. Having now gone to the states, states will not be able to reach for fed funds to help with their increased population which, based on previous abortion statistics, will largely need funds.

Congress will not fund kids (how would that work?). States will have to.

Yet you still won't answer yes or no re whether or not you support a woman being forced to to birth her rapist's baby (some may use the term child, or progeny) ?

Why won't you answer that question yes or no ?

Yep, totally agree. Taking responsibility would solve and prevent a lot of folks self inflicted problems.

Representatives of the States is appropriated by population, trust these States are hoping to maintain their population so they don't loose a Seat in the House. With the low TFR, again, funding is not going to be an issue. And funding for abortion clinics, shouldn't be an issue either. There is a reason the Feds kicked it to the States --- now the States can afford it.

I did answer it. You just didn’t like the answer, and any woman that wants to have an abortion can go to a state that has legal abortion. Nobody’s stopping them.

If you think she is so lacking in responsibility, why do you want to force her to be responsible for a tiny human she doesn't want in the first place? How does that make any sense at all?
