I live in a Republican city and Black on Black violence still occurs. Sounds like the solution is to not live in the ghetto, regardless of what political party is in charge.

I asked about solutions that don't involve violating constitutional rights. I notice there wasn't much of an answer. The whole "let's blame democrats" is getting old fast. In some cases "democrat" is basically a euphemism for Black people. Never mind the majority of Black people don't live in ghettos. Never mind that Baltimore and Milwaukee are basically Rust Belt cities with high unemployment rates. Nevermind Bowie, MD, a majority Black suburb north of DC that has a low crime rate.

Blacks make up about 14% of the population, and prob only 11% or 12% of the Democratic Party membership. And from what I recently read, blacks have a much lower voter turnout, which means they have an even smaller impact on the Democratic Party. How can that small of a percentage of the people affect an entire political party? To sum it up, your racist analogy does not hold water.

How is it racist for me to mention that some people use the term "democrat" on this forum as a euphemism for Black people? I really don't get that. I'm simply mentioning how mealy-mouth some people can be on this forum.
The murder issues cannot be solved by political parties. One can be tough on crime all day and night. We can execute people for murder. However, when "shoot and ask questions later " is the main mentality, you can't do much about that. When there are individuals who believe that violence is the only answer to disputes and perceived disrespect, the murder problem will continue.
