I actually respect people who keep their word but my guess is she won't. Same as the celebrities who said they would leave the country if Trump won but then stayed here.

You (generally) can’t just walk in to Canada or France or wherever simply because you’re upset with your home country and be like “hey, I live here now, deal with me and give me access to public services!”
