They don't even care what science says. What makes you think praying is moral? The coach could be praying for the death of the opposing coach. Why is the coach praying in public, where everyone can see him? Didn't Jesus instruct his followers to pray in private?
It's fine to hold school districts responsible for doing their jobs, but it's not ok to threaten them with violence. Keep in mind that much of what teachers teach is controlled by state legislatures and the laws they write.
Giving children the feeling they are pressured into praying is wrong.
