What they do know is that they want the WH/Congress to do something to get the SC out of the way, remove Justices and replace them with Justices that do what the left wants.

And the WH and Congress responded by saying they are doing what they can to get around the SC.
The WH is issuing EO's to get around this and Congress is looking to create laws to get around this.

So none of the 3 branches are honoring the duty of the other branches.

Nobody is removing Justices and replacing them. No Justice has ever been removed. They are appointed until they die or retire.

The Supreme Court ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization ruled that:

Quote:
The Constitution does not confer a right to abortion; Roe and Casey are overruled; and the authority to regulate abortion is returned to the people and their elected representatives.
In other words, the ruling did not ban abortion, some of the states are banning abortion. It is not a matter of getting around the Supreme Court. The Constitution provides a system of checks and balances. Congress could pass federal law that would supersede any anti-abortion laws passed by state legislatures. Senate Democrats tried this in May and it failed.

The White House has not issued any executive orders regarding abortion. Biden is limited in what he can do. Any likely executive orders would be to enable greater access to medication abortion, and providing resources like childcare and travel vouchers to women who must travel outside their home state to seek abortion care.

So it is not true that "none of the 3 branches are honoring the duty of the other branches." The system of checks and balances is working the way it should.

Please identify a Marxist elected official in Washington. Not who you suspect or who you would like to libel; name me a real live commie.

For instance? You certainly are one for the blanket statements.

Had you heard of the conservatives' "massive resistance" to SCOTUS in 1954?

Sad what is taking over this country today. Looks like history is going to have to repeat itself yet again.
Graphic breakdown of the split in our vision of America. Ignorance of familiarity of our incredible Constitution (yes, it is flawed - what isn't?) can be blamed on a lack of civic education in k-12 schools. Our nation (with all its flaws) was founded as a constitutional republic to offer the most representation for the most people (and thus avoid tyrannical minority or mob rule).

We abolished slavery, have no official "state religion" (though religion can be practiced publicly), have granted women (and everyone, really) legal personhood and rights under the law, publicly debate issues of the day, have (theoretically) no branch of government as our master, and depend on citizens to vote for Representatives and Senate to represent us (if we pay attention for whom we vote). What is not to love? What is not worth our continued efforts?

The only people dissatisfied with our great fortune are those who believe only their views count. And they STILL get to be heard and have influence.

Trying to deflect by telling me to name one who openly admits to being Marxist lol, they won't admit it openly yet because they don't have the indoctrinated numbers yet to do so, but their methods show for all to see.

You have channeled McCarthy. Your post is like when Hoover said he had evidence that the civil rights movement was communist inspired. It was not.
