Democrats may sit out 2022 election against DeSantis

“TALLAHASSEE — The Democratic Governors Association has no plans to give significant financial help to Florida Democrats as they seek to unseat Gov. Ron DeSantis in 2022, a major setback that will make it harder for challengers to take on the popular Republican.”

If he is as bad as Democrats and the media they control claim, why do you think people are asking for a second helping?

Is there a possibility DeSantis is better than what Democrats and the media they control claim? Do you think that is it?

They know Charlie Crist changed political parties to extend his gov't paychecks, & is a flip-flopper that can't beat DeSantis.

I think it's a smart move on their part.
..and DeSantis is already starting out with way over $50 million

If one was a Trump back stabber Kari Lake would be looking like a better choice than Desantis. Only thing that she doesn't have an in office portfolio yet. Not that Desantis has much of one either. Other than fake issues like trans and corona, which he locked the state for down as well.

Didn’t he almost lose the last one? Seems strange for them to just give up.

Much has changed since the last one. How is the last one like this one?

"It’s a move driven, in part, by the DGA’s need to use its limited resources to protect incumbent governors elsewhere, as well as the growing sense that Democrats can’t win statewide elections in Florida, these people said, speaking on condition of anonymity to characterize the private discussions.
The decision to withhold resources in Florida deals a blow to Democrats eager to knock off DeSantis, a nationally ascendant Republican with future White House aspirations. It also indicates that Florida is losing its position as the largest swing state, with some national groups deciding that, at least for now, it’s center-right terrain."
which are the winnable elections by "partisan purple-ness" then?

Pennsylvania (seems safe to me with shenanigans in Philly and Pittsburgh's makeup)?
Ohio?
Georgia?

The left is one big bee hive. Anybody who dares to threaten the hive = Hitler. DeSantis, Trump, Tucker Carlson, Clarence Thomas....the names are interchangeable.
