Thankfully, here in Texas, State Judge Christine Weems in Harris County issued an injunction against the law that would ban abortions and force women to leave the state. It's on appeal, of course, but at least for now women won't be forced to take up Mr. Trudeau's offer. And poor women or child rape victims likely won't be able to fly to Canada anyway.

Do you even realize how diabolical you come across? I’m sure you don’t. What’s the difference between someone snuffing out a future human’s life and someone just walking up to you and ending your life? Killing is killing, right?
Such adamancy over the option to brutally tear out a developing child. Is Trudeau's invitation going to extend to the third trimester of pregnancies? Surely he must have been aware that a number of states were allowing abortions up until that point and even further in some cases. They took it several steps further than even Canada has on the books when it comes to abortion as far as I'm aware.
Wow, I don't think I've ever seen such a set of dumb answers as these, and that's saying a lot. We should be grateful that we are next to Canada, especially when the religious right totally takes over our country and bans all abortions. That may not happen for a couple of years but it will not be pretty.
Valuing a woman's mental or physical life over a bunch of cells inside her body that she is being forced to keep alive may suit some religions but it's not for everyone.
