I don't understand why you don't get that both the woman and the man should not just assume that their partner is using protection. How do you know unless you ask?
Crickets from the so-called pro-choicers in here. Go figure.
Democrats don't even know what a woman is, so why is this an issue? Or at the very least from their newest Supreme Court Justice "I need a Biologist to tell me"

if you a woman who is sexually active, and you miss your period (one month), how hard is it to take a pregnancy test. 6 weeks is plenty of time to get your self together.

I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) Kristina's Cap is a man.
I'd also point out that some types of BC pills stop periods altogether, so a woman on that wouldn't be expecting to have a period. And in addition to how common it is to have irregular periods, it's also common for pregnant women to experience spotting that can be easily mistaken for a period. There are lots of reasons one could go a few months without suspecting.
Except they didn’t say anything about a condom. A man could say he had a vasectomy when he didn’t. Are you able to see that?
I am referring to another poster. She said both women and men cannot depend on the other's saying they are using BC. So they both need to use it. A woman can't depend on a man's SAYING he is using a condom? She can see the condom. Do you disagree with that?
Only man I was ever with who had a vasectomy was my husband. No, trusting whatsoever. I WENT with him to the doctor because I had to sign my consent.
BTW, I had a friend who never wanted to have children. She and her husband had a very difficult time getting sterilized. It is not easy, especially for unmarried, to get sterilized. Behind the lines, society wants married people to HAVE children. Read up on Griswald v. Ct.
Can a man depend on a woman's saying she has had her tubes tied? So everyone, male and female, must use birth control to their graves?????

spotting is pretty different from a period.
