Its men who wear and are responsile for wearing condoms. Condoms are a male BC option.
It is men who pull out. Pull out is male BC option
It is men who stick their ding dong in the whoha. Dont stick your ding dong in the whoha is a male BC option.
Those are you three current BC options, abstinence is a fourth all of which are totally safe. And there is always sterilization. If men would push for the other forms of male BC that could be on the market, men would have about 7 or 8 contraception options.
Many women can not take hormonal BC, some women can not use other forms of BC, may not be covered under insurance and cant afford it.
Most women dont have the time or focus to track their cycle between, work, school, kids, house, etc.
The traditional calendar rhythm method includes the following steps
1. Track your menstrual cycle on a calendar for at least six months before using the rhythm method.
2. Each month, mark the first day of your period, then count the number of days until the first day of your next period. The days between your periods may vary. For instance, one month it might be 28 days and the next month it might be 27 days.
3. Find your first fertile day by finding the shortest number of days between periods and subtract 18. For example, if your shortest day was 28 days, subtract 18 to get 10.
4. Use that number to count the days from the first day of your period. That is likely your first fertile day.
5. Find the last fertile day by finding the longest cycle you tracked and subtract 11. Say your longest cycle was 30 days, so subtract 11 to get 19.
6. Use that number to count the days from the first day of your period. This is likely your last fertile day.
The calendar method gives you a rough idea of when you may be fertile, but it is not precise or 100% effective.
As a woman I really dont understand why you think all of this is the responsibility of the woman especially when we all know the lengths men will go to get women to have sex and have sex without a condom. Men plead, beg, cry, trick, threaten, and continually try to seduce. This all contributes to unwanted pregnancies.
I believe last count there’s 13 options of BC for women. Simple enough to find one that works.
Best to make time or expect one to get themselves pregnant if they’re not going to use BC.
Women are the ones that get pregnant. While both the man and the woman should both use BC, if a woman doesn’t want to get pregnant and a man isn’t going to use birth control, then they need to simply say no.
I practiced the: not tonight dear I have a headache. :P
My poor hubby would run to get the Tylenol.
Concerned that the word ' more ' is used.
We are already open to educating teens. Have a leaner attitude to sexual activity at younger ages. Encourage b.c with active teens. My generation was just breaking the mold in daring to ask our parents to go on b.c. it was a huge deal to sit and have that talk. Now it's expected and less pressure .
As for the ' just say No', dang why didn't Nancy use that slogan for pregnancy deterrent. Because umm .. the sperm and ova don't have ears to hear the 'no'. .
Often wondered about harvesting all the eggs...then freezing them for invertro (?).
That way ..controlled usage if and when a person does want to carry.. simple in theory . Then there is the entire affect of hormone change via that concept.
There is more to sexual responsibilities then pregnancy. . .. the transmittable diseases /infections are a side that push the honesty talk prior to.
Good luck finding an honest person on that topic...
It’s not rocket science it takes two to conceive, either.
And it takes one to give birth to it.
At the end of the day, women need to make sure they’re laying with financially stable men, because no one knows how long the guy is going to be in the mother or child’s life. Divorce rates are 50% and raising kids isn’t cheap.
So yes, choosing who you lay with involves some personal responsibility and discipline.

If divorce rates are 50 percent then it’s really a crap shoot no matter how well you vet your bed mates.
If a woman doesn’t want to marry she should remain celibate?
How about men who don’t want to marry? No sex for them either?
Not realistic.
I don’t recommend that people have sexual relations outside of marriage or a committed relationship. It causes too many problems such as unwanted pregnancies and spreading STDs. So yes, I believe there needs to be a change in our culture.
However, given that some people will have sex outside of marriage anyway, it is of course their responsibility to make sure they use birth control.
I don't think straight men, including those who preach on the topic, would be very happy if women en masse actually did decide to only have sex with men when they wanted to conceive a child and stuck to this strictly.
I think those who are preaching this feel they can have their cake and eat it too - they have all the smugness of taking a high moral position, and since the vast majority of women aren't obeying them about it, they can still get laid. But before galloping off on that high horse, they should really have a look at what their own scripture says will happen to hypocrites.

A pregnancy in a committed relationship can still be unwanted. Sometimes very much so.
