I recently met a new neighbor who is obviously are hardcore liberal. I try not to talk politics much with him because I know where he stands, mostly. He told me this morning he voted for Biden and he regretted it because of the border. He obviously doesn't watch Fox news at all so I was surprised he even knew about the border.
I mean this whole thing is crazy. It goes beyond just having an open border imo. What dems are doing is almost treasonous, having Americans be taxed so illegals and refugees can benefit. It's like dems are trying to rig the system to benefit illegals and refugees the most at the expense of Americans. At least your friend is starting to wake up. Dems are for illegals at the expense of working and poor Americans. My mom and I talk about politics and she is the type of person who votes strictly based on who's good for her from a financial perspective. She voted trump. We were talking something about Florida and she said I think everybody should vote like Cubans , vote for whoever is good for you financially Cubans vote for republicans because they vote for whoever is good for their businessess and vote for any politician who doesn't get in the way of themselves making money. For me personally I think you have to save yourself and vote for whoever will benefit you the most whether financially or is some other way etc. because no one else will put you first.
Every democrat should read this post. This right here will cause me to vote republican for president. This is huge news. They need to point out these un American policies on every news station. This kind of shocks me. It's shocking to me that democrats are doing this. The extent of the treason. Omg.

Me too. I am shocked they go as far as letting illegals get vouchers and all kinds of benefits meant to help our own poor. It really shows me who democrats prioritize and it isn't the American poor or American citizens. I am shocked actually. People vote for dems thinking they'll do their best to help American citizens, but they end up pouring all their effort to help and prioritize illegals, doing their most for illegals and refugees etc.

Additionally, immigrants coming to America who passed the statute on their way to Elis Island were not granted entry into the United States for a number of reasons. One reason to be rejected was the likelihood of becoming a ward of the state and a public burden, and on this ground some were refused entry!
The law also required a medical inspection of all immigrants, and if an inspection officer detected an applicant with a disease, especially contagious diseases (TB, venereal disease, etc.) and even mental illness, they were rejected.
So, now that we are more acquainted with historical facts, is it not in the best interests of the United States and her citizens to stop the millions of foreign nationals looking to flood across our border?

I disagree. I think we should vote based on what is good for our country and our citizens as a whole not just your personal benefit.

You actually think that most of these illegals are coming here to pick crops? I have news for you there are unlimited visas for legal farm workers and only a small percentage of illegals are picking crops anyway. They are coming here to take once good paying jobs from Americans such as in the construction industry.
Out of those killed here recently by being abandoned in a hot tractor trailer two brothers were coming here for construction jobs that I guess were waiting for them. Either way, this SC decision is going to make the problem worse at our border.
