Seems like this ruling is consistent with the Supreme Court’s current thinking. I’m paraphrasing, but just as there is nothing in the Constitution that guarantees an individual the right to secure an abortion, there is nothing that protects an individual from not being required to be vaccinated. As such, the matter is left up to each state. If you don’t want to be vaccinated then quit your Washington State job, and/or move. The Governor of Florida abhors vaccinations….they need property tax assessors in Florida too.

Better yet, camp out in front of the governors house and yell obscenities at him and his family 24/7

And DeSantis doesn't abhor vaccinations. Retract your falsehood and apologize to the forum immediately or forever be discredited.

In 5-10 years the vaccine will likely no longer be in production. At some stage Covid will do what most new RNA viruses do and more or less vanish. You’ll see a case or two every once in awhile but due to natural immunity the virus will just become a cold that we don’t even test anymore

For abortion, all you have to do is drive or fly to another state for the abortion and then return home once it’s done. This is something we’ve been told is horrific and unacceptable by abortion rights advocates. For vaccines, you give up your job, career, benefits, etc. and may have to move to another state to find employment which we’re told is no big deal by the same people who think it’s the end of the world to have to go to a different state for an abortion.

OK. Let's imagine, that will be the case.
1. employees will still have to be vaccinated with it, unless that order will be reascended
2. and how much damage to people health will be done in those "5-10 years"?

I'lll be likely dead in 10 years. Does that mean, I should not be giving 2 rotten pieces, about what's going on? Don't I have children and grandchildren? .

I agree.

I really can’t imagine anything more intrusive than the government ordering you to inject yourself with a pharmaceutical product in order to be able to work. For me, it’s a hill worth dying on. People should be free to decline.
