Why don't we split the country into 2 nations? (unemployment, illegal, drug)

We could have an area for the left and one for the right leaning.
This way each nation could live how they want and be happy. I just don't want to live under dems in power any longer. It is downright miserable and hard to accept how they are destroying our country on purpose.
Let them have their own part where they can have all the illegals that they want, they can have no law and order and they can let a dictator dictate to them how they live. Do away with all prisons and let no one be arrested. They can all live off the government and take their handouts and have their free speech taken away. They can have all the abortions that they want. There can be abortion clinics on each corner like there are CVS drug stores.
They can cancel people/things and have all the new pronouns they want. They can have a person of color trans dictator and no white person has any power. They are mere lowlifes. They can have their own WOKE speech and go to town on all things WOKE. Let them enjoy their doom and gloom that they bring and want.
They can do away with all American flags. They can take away religion and any Patriotic song such as Star Spangled banner.
Then can all go buy electric cars with money the government supplies to them and pay high prices at the grocery store.
They can take away all guns so no one can protect themselves with their high crimes. Homeless people can take over the streets.
Why is this not possible right now? How do we get this started? I'm so ready.
Let's face it, we will never come together for the sake of the country. We have 2 different ideas of how this country should be. Dems want to destroy and Republican want to build it up into something great.
I'm not interested in living in the world of Biden, i.e. his cronies. I hate it. I would love to have the country split in two and lets have a sane person in power and we could have such a good place to live again.

Go further. Split up by the states and become more like the EU with all states participating.
It would definitely curtail the creeping power and $$$ greed sought by the Federal Government.
It would still allow everyone to be an American and travel to whatever state they wanted.
It really is crazy how the party that tells us to celebrate diversity and encourages unity are the ones that have splintered this country like never before.
The Left's policies are destructive and Anti American. There is no other way to consider it.

AMEN!! If we have 2 nations, we can be happy and let them have their own area where they can live in their chaos and misery. I don't want to go down with them. They aren't going anywhere good.
My retirements stock and 401K are tanking. I'm really worried and can't even bear to look to see what kind of shape they are in now and I know it will get worse. I worked hard for everything I have and now Biden taketh away and is doing it on purpose. I hate these people. He wants us all dependent on government and he's taking all we have to build us back up and wants the government to pay our way. He wants to hand out gas cards, grocery cards, welfare, unemployment, this aid and that aid so that we all will look to government for any help. It turns my stomach that this is their plan and they celebrate it.
I have said this before, but in my observation, it comes down to "urban vs. rural".
I would rather there be some kind of city states in which any metro area of more than 2.5 million people could make their own rules outside the laws of the state which contains the city-state. I mean, compare the population of major metro areas https://www.statista.com/statistics/...%20top%20three. to the population of some states https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o..._by_population ! For example, there are 25 states with less population than the Phoenix-Mesa-Chandler area to give just one example.
Of course, the above is very simplistic and would require a reworking of the Constitution, but I honestly don't know why that would be any worse than the situation we have now in which it SEEMS that one-half of the U.S. absolutely hates the other half. (I know that is not actually true, but I do think it is to the point that the 20% of those on the far left truly do hate the 20% of those on the far right, and vice versa.)
And it would be a heck of a lot simpler and usually less expensive for people to move within a state than to move to a completely different one!
A logical and viable solution. But a solution that is supported by too few.
Unfortunately, we have the left who opposes this because if it were to come to pass, they would have nobody to bully, torture, and control. And no one to sustain them. Then we have the majority of the right who can't seem to fathom the depth of the problem we have here and are way too sentimental about the past where we (the left and the right) could all live together in any semblance of harmony--a past that, unfortunately we will never see again.
Think of it as a marriage. The left is the extremely abusive and violent husband. He doesn't want a divorce because he wouldn't have anyone to dominate, beat on, and cook dinner for him. Then we have the abused wife right (at least most of them) who thinks this "marriage" can last even though she is getting her face beat in daily and has to wear dark sunglasses 24/7. She is stupid enough to think that "love will conquer all" and that big man loves her in the first place. And she is stupid enough to assume her "husband" will somehow miraculously become a human being and treat her with any sort of respect if she can jjjjuuuuuussssssttttttt work with him a little longer. She even goes to that pathetic place where she thinks it is her fault and that he'd stop beating her if she were just a better wife. Yeah, it IS a pathetic story, isn't it?
Ultimately, as mentioned in a post above, I'm for state sovereignty and a loose association of the "nation" for defense from foreign invasion purposes.
