Yes it is, because Roe meant that Ohio’s rules were not enforceable with early-term abortion being protected nationwide. With the SC decision suddenly abortion is not protected anywhere so Ohio’s rules are now the law of the state.

I think we are going to see crazy stories like this now. Women rushing to get pregnant so they can get an abortion while it's still available or as some sort of protest. Nothing surprises me any more.
