There is no rational response to this.

Yes it is, because Roe meant that Ohio’s rules were not enforceable with early-term abortion being protected nationwide. With the SC decision suddenly abortion is not protected anywhere so Ohio’s rules are now the law of the state.

No, the story had to be sensationalized... How else do you expect the media to gin up Democratic voters for November?...

Back to the OP: This story is quite sad. The girl should be focused on riding a bicycle or painting flowers, not worried about carrying a baby. In the end, it seems as though she got an abortion, so...

It's a great sob story on how the SC ruling is destroying America.

CNN has an article about questioning the viability of the SC in today's society.
How to get rid of SC Justices, how Congress can do something, how the constitution can be changed.

Rush to get an "abortion"? You mean like Amazon and Rite Aid putting a limit on the number of Morning After Pills that can be purchased? Three pills per customer per order.

The fact that a 10-year-old girl got pregnant is far more disturbing than her not being able to get an abortion. Wtf is wrong with people?

As I said on another post, SC has pitted states against other states with this. Are they all too "young" to not know this happened before Roe?

Young girls and old women are both raped. Rape is about POWER and CONTROL, not sex. Are Grannies sexy too? Difference is that old women won't need Morning After Pills, or Abortions.

In this "new society" we old ladies have an advantage. Take that, sexists.
