Thanks for letting me know that you've never been to West Palm Beach. Please keep it that way, thanks.
Nah.

He's right.

You'd live in Palm Beach in a second if you could afford it.

Odds are that it gets on your last nerve that your mayor is a Democrat.

We are so far apart and so divided that each side sees the other with nothing but contempt. That cannot lead anywhere good. A peaceful division of the nation allows us to have a national divorce and go our separate ways on friendly terms. Each side can then do as they please without interference from the other side. An end to all this strife and bickering, preventing a potential civil war.....all are good things.

Except there are plenty of Rs in California, and plenty of Ds in Texas.......etc.

We can afford to have China camped out in San Francisco or Portland. Sorry but that is unacceptable

If the Republicans win the House in November, the next Speaker of the House might be a Republican from.....wait for it......wait for it.....California.

I knew what Oakland meant with the 'not welcome' comment (because I know that he is gay and in a SSM), but it's more than likely that the poster asking Oakland the question didn't know what he meant, otherwise he/she wouldn't have asked Oakland that question.
As if there aren't any same sex couples in red states. Nobody cares unless you're constantly announcing your business in the streets.

First off, you sound like the right wingers.

Second, the whole red\blue moocher state thing is bad science.

It's pretty much skewed by "public goods" like reservations, interstate highways, misallocation of farm subsidies and other federal facilities like nuclear missile silos, bombing ranges, nuclear waste depositories etc. etc. etc.

Since you either have not taken or do not recall economics 101, I'd google "public goods".

Agreed. We don't need the thread to get diluted by people who have zero personal stake in California and are only going to grandstand about libt@rd this and cesspool that--that's pointless and boring at this point.
So instead you wanted your California echo chamber so no one can really challenge your viees. Typical.

Thank you. Many Californians dont understand this and are giant hypocrites. It has trupy amazed me since I moved here almost a decade ago. Thought it was open and live let live, but real quick it showed me it is not as open as portrayed, and since the pandy it has been "live like me or else".

California, some of the most majestic, magnificent, interesting desirable land in the nation..............in-spite of who is running it.

You can seen that many things the Dems do fail to work out well, that much is obvious to sane people.

Just how long will CA remain a lure to people for what it has left????
