They constantly pat themselves on the back acting as if, unlike republicans/conservatives they are by far the most understanding and tolerant people you could ever meet, despite the fact they've shown time and time again that unless you're lock-step in line with all of their beliefs/values/views they have no problem naming and shaming you and do everything to get you in trouble; fired from your job, disgraced, humiliated, ostracized, etc. They really love to paint themselves as angels.
Why do conservatives love to believe every word of those crazy conspiracy theories that keep bubbling up from the dark bowels of the Daily Caller and the even darker heart of Tucker Carlson?

Yes, all the time. I don't know exact numbers, but it can't be less than 50% I imagine - like any divided debates.
Just the other day on Facebook, I was arguing with a conservative on the issue of "Under G-d" being in the Pledge of Allegiance. Her big zinger was "That's how the Founding Fathers wrote it!! Do you even know our nation's history??" Speaking of arguing with feelings over facts, lol. For those who don't get the joke, the Pledge wasn't even written until the late 19th century; and the "under G-d" part was added in 1954. Soooo nearly 200 years after the Founding Fathers wrote anything.
Making absolute statements about "libs" or "cons" (I'm gonna shorten both in the interest of fairness) only makes you look like the one using feelings over facts. Do you legitimately believe that no liberal in the history of the United States has ever won a debate? Somehow I doubt you do, so this was clearly written out of your exaggerated and personal emotions - not as a fact. Unless you can prove otherwise?
