It is always possible for anyone, Left or Right, to be a racist at the individual level.

But the bottom line goal of the Left is the destruction of the US by any mean necessary and for now race is the convenient tool.

To be perfectly sincere I have a major issue with the fact that political parties even exist , or at the very least are allowed to contest elections , and I think one of the earliest tragedies in American history was the fact that nobody ( f.ex ) heeded Washington's warnings about them .

That said I will attempt to list my main issues with both parties that make up our present day political party system and FWIW there will be considerable overlap :

Democrat Party -

1. Displays a fundamental ignorance of the roots of American order that it all too often prides itself in .

2 . Has a tendency to be openly and obviously hostile towards American traditions .

3. Is very much beholden to social liberalism in the form of support for unrestricted abortion/LGBT rights which go beyond proper/necessary toleration of LGBT individuals and so forth .

4. Has a proclivity towards approving of wasting money , especially ( at least as concerns their rhetoric ) on social welfare/healthcare/education spending .

5. Is far too fond of what I refer to as " namby pamby " emotional appeals .

6. Tends to make a major issue of increasing taxation/the size of federal government .

Republican Party-

1. Displays a fundamental ignorance of the roots of American order without necessarily realizing it .

2. Has a tendency to be openly ignorant of American traditions without ( again ) necessarily realizing said ignorance .

3. Is very much beholden to what's referred to as American exceptionalism , even though said phenomenon is very damaging to the existence of a healthy patriotism in my opinion .

4. Has a proclivity towards approving of wasting money , especially ( at least as concerns their rhetoric ) on military/law enforcement/foreign policy spending .

5. Is far too fond of what I refer to as " faux patriotic " emotional appeals .

6. Tends to make a major issue of decreasing taxation/the size of federal government without actually doing anything meaningful to achieve said stated goal .

IMHO both parties are just as beholden to Big Business and Big Government as the other , so there's no real difference there , and both are just as fond of unnecessary bombast and nauseating wishy washiness as just about every other mainstream political party in the world .

In short it's my firm belief that the Republic as it existed during Washington's time should be restored , with some obvious modifications ( such as keeping the current ban on slavery ) kept of course .

I just no use for the far left or the far right as both constantly bombard us trying to force us to become as bat poop crazy as they are. Any logical person cannot possibly agree with either of the "far" (out) groups.

The problem that I have with the Left is their tendency towards Marxism. I served during the Cold War. I pulled Victor Alert duty where I actually touched a B61 free fall nuclear bomb on an F-111E. Never in those yrs I thought I would see Marxism openly celebrated in the US Congress.

The problem that I have with the Right is how much their political platform attracts the racists. I understand the history of racism in America and how much the Democratic Party was involved in that history. But this is the present and even though am willing to give some credit to the Right in trying exorcising racists from the ranks, somehow a few always got caught.
Keep in mind the left’s blatant racism.

Democrats attack a Mexican American woman who win an election in a Democrat stronghold in Texas. They tell her to go back to Mexico where she belongs.

Democrats attack a black Supreme Court Justice calling him an Uncle Tom and press for violence against him.

Democrat Joe Biden said any black who did not vote for him is not truly black.

Democrat Joe Biden’s best friend and mentor was a KKK leader.

Democrats, Joe Biden and Bill Clinton imprisoned thousands of blacks for years for minor pot offenses.

Democrats have fought to keep black and brown people in failing poor schools by fighting against school choice.

Democrats removed police protection from minority neighborhoods, causing more minorities to become victims of crimes.

The real true racists are Democrat politicians who require minorities to be poor and desperate to survive.

"Senate Democrats are facing pushback after they voted last week in favor of a bill that would legalize abortion nationwide for all nine months of pregnancy."
literally FROM YOUR OWN LINK showing that you are the one who is unaware:

According to the measure's text, health care providers would have been allowed to perform abortions without "a prohibition on abortion at any point or points in time prior to fetal viability"
I dont suppose you could even bother reading it first?

Pretty much! And the sad fact of the matter is most of the ISMs don’t actually exist! Try traveling abroad and you’ll see a lot of racism, sexism etc. Here in the States? Not so much. We are about as accepting, equal and fair as any nation. Much of the ISMs are contrived. One big bogey man that rarely exists.

The left is on high alert for something that is fiction. All this fuss and commotion over virtually nothing. It’s much like the days of witch hunts in Salem. “she’s a witch, he’s a witch, look at that witch.” Truth be told, there weren’t that many witches in Salem!

Same thing here in the States. Really, how many blatant racist or sexists do you know? None of my friends are racist or sexist!

So I see an entire Party trying to build a skyscraper on a foundation of quicksand.

Democrats- my biggest issue is their attack on the second amendment. Next is taxing me to death (single, property owner, business owner, no kids) to pay for other people who weren't as responsible. And I really don't like how they have become anti American, anti White and anti Christian. Can't claim to be for equal rights while at the same time persecuting 70% of the country.

Republicans- My biggest issue with them is their was on the LGBTQ and independent women. And anyone that is like the war mongering Bush family. It's also way too easy for a democrat to pretend to be a republican and then create havoc in the party.

The entire job of getting re-elected makes people just say whatever voters want to hear. The problems contained therein are that 1. There is no way they can deliver, and 2. Often, they aren't even running for a position that is empowered to deliver, but don't let that get in the way of a good narrative

I understand that racists can and do exists in both camps, but here is what C Wright Mills wrote to the Left...

https://www.marxists.org/subject/hum...r-new-left.htm
For socialists of almost all varieties, the historic agency has been the working class — and later the peasantry; also partie and unions variously composed of members of the working class o (to blur, for now, a great problem) of political parties acting in its name — “representing its interests.”
But what happened was that the working class, aka the middle class, got wealthier and wealthier, thanks to capitalism. The improvement does not mean it was perfect, but it meant Marxism increasingly lost its revolutionary allure over the yrs. What is the Left to do? Enter culture.
As for the articulation of ideals: there I think your magazines have done their best work so far. That is your meaning — is it not? — of the emphasis upon cultural affairs. As for ideological analysis, and the rhetoric with which to carry it out: I don’t think any of us are nearly good enough, but that will come with further advance on the two fronts where we are weakest: theories of society, history, human nature; and the major problem — ideas about the historical agencies of structural change.
In America, the greatest national shame is that of racism, specifically institutional slavery, then a close second is that of how the US government treated the Amerinds.

For the Left, or The New Left, race is a convenient tool towards the goal of making the US a Marxist society.

For the Right, race or racism is a reason to belong. It does not matter if historically, the Democratic Party dominated the race issue, but that for now, it is the Right/conservative party that tends to attract racists.

Politically, as a refugee from communism, I cannot be with the Left, but as an Asian, it is tough to be with the Right.

I’m looking for specific issues, not just generalizations like “they be crazy”.

1) Full limitless abortions right up until birth. No effort to save the baby is allowed.
2) Pushing trans and limitless genders on everyone. Basically making mental illness normal. Nothing at all to do with gay and lesbians.
3) Trying to push sexual content onto k-3rd graders without parental approval.
4) Making sex, race, sexual preferences the top 3 criteria for hiring people over actual qualifications for a job.
5) Pushing to allow biological males to compete against biological women in female sports and to allow biological males to use the female facilities.
6) Teaching young kids they are oppressed if they are black and they are oppressors if they are white.
7) Doing everything they can to ensure as many people flood into this country as possible illegally.
8) Trying to silence anyone who disagrees with them. No longer in favor of free speech.
9) Using the government to force people to do what they want people to do against their will.
10) Using government agencies to attack their political opponents.
11) Their policy of paying higher taxes to fight global warming. Paying more in taxes does not change the temperature. It just makes someone else wealthier at the expense of the tax payer.
12) Having the government in bed with the media to try to form public opinion.
13) Urging and condoning violence as a means to an end.
14) Demonizing police and military.
15) Working to put as many criminal back out on the street as possible, if those criminals are left leaning.
16) Spends way too much.
17) Part of the big war machine.

Here are my issues with today’s Republican Party.

1) Spends too much.
2) Not a fan of the religious right. Too tied to whatever they are taught by men who wrote religious documents for control over people many years ago.
3) Not enough focus and openness to birth control methods. It’s best to prevent pregnancy to begin with, than deal with the abortion issue after the fact.
4) Too afraid or stand up for common sense when attacked by the left. They would rather hide than fight.
That's a lie and you know this. Quit with the Trump crap. I enjoy reading Politics and occasionally participating and I am a Conservative but conservatives have been turning me off to the party in the last couple years. Extremist supporters like you as well turn me off.
