It’s hilarious that an administration that struggles with communication so mightily chose someone so incompetent to be their mouthpiece. In today’s press conference she said we have the best economy in history, referred to high gas prices as “Putin’s TAX hike”, and referred to Asian American parents who oppose racial quotas in college admissions as “extreme" and "ultra MAGA". She’s just repeating the same talking points every press conference but can’t even get the wording right. What a mess. How long until they replace her with John Kirby?

Eh.

I don't blame the press secretary - no matter who is in office. It's their job to spew the Administration's talking points.

Though Kayleigh's briefers were pretty interesting ... only because the entire press briefing for the most part was reporters trying to get their 15 minutes of fame trying to be combative.

John Kirby is my favorite amongst the ones who are frequently televised, but lately he's said some things that toe the line of the Biden administration. I've lost faith in him. But he is definitely several steps higher on the competence ladder than the current person.

Very true. It's a very tough job and not one that I'd want. You have to be able to lie and spout policies that you might not personally agree with. Jen Psaki was good at the job; Jean-Pierre is not.

Like Kamala and many of Bidens people, she's a check box employee.

Does not matter about their skills or ability.

It's almost as if the Biden Administration is flaunting stupidity

You have to feel sorry for her. Anyone that has to try to make Biden's statements sound anything other than moronic or make his policies sound like anything other than a disaster is in an impossible position. Fortunately, as press secretary she has nothing to do-the press does it for her carrying water for the Dem party. Doocy is the only one that regularly shows signs of intelligence or integrity.

Surprised Doocy still gets to ask questions.

Maybe they figure Biden's time is short, so it doesn't really matter how stupid he looks.

She pretty much mirrors the rest of the administration . . . inept and in way over their heads.

None of them have a clue of how to keep the country from going belly up or that is their goal.
