Send it back to the states that WE KNOW will ban or restrict. Make them look like the heroes or villain. We have better things to ignore on our plates. And so they do.
Wow, radicals protesting at the houses of SCOTUS members (which is illegal) not prosecuted and supported.

Radicals protesting at abortion clinics legally....is a threat.

There are a lot of nutjobs on both sides of this. Any violence and intimidation should be prosecuted.

Do you agree about "no free passes"?

When a list of enemies of the US, it must include china, russia, iran, syria, Biden and NK!

Attacking the scotus makes biden guilty of sedition.

Biden's legal team have abandoned the law books and gone right to vicious propaganda intended to undermine the rule of law.

I'm not sure I'd characterize them as out of control; just too small to produce a stable long-term policy. It would perhaps be better to bump it up to 20 members, adding one per year. Changing the alignment during a single term would then be more difficult.

When Democrats are in the White House, with this court, this means that unless the law is very explicit then no, Biden can't do anything. When Republicans are in the White House, the interpretation has been that anything a Republican president wants is OK. So at the end of the day, the court will toss Biden's orders.
You have ignored that the answer t- the question is no.

I was incorrect , not Fed money, but taxpayer money, for a small percentage. No reason to be a richard about it....

99% of executive orders are mundane things. They're the president equivalent of those annoying memos your boss sends out to make sure that you're using the right cover sheet on those TPS reports, or directing everyone to find ways to be more efficient.

This will serve no practical purpose as law, but will likely serve to keep the abortion issue at the forefront closer to midterm election day. At some point SCOTUS will need to strike it down, which is likely the goal.

They know and so do women... put your boots on. Takes two to tangle ... right? unless you're at the sperm bank... then it's a simple deposit.

Of course there's always the 100% method available. Everyone can still get a nut and no conception.

Headline should say "Xoe's Puppet-Masters Put Executive Order in front of Xoe; Meaningless Document."

Xoe cannot do anything without his prompter.
